Ingredients
- 6 medium chicken breasts
- cut into chunks
- 1 cup fat free Greek yogurt
- 1 (5 1/2 ounce) can tomato paste
- 14 cup olive oil
- 6 tablespoons lemon juice
- 34 teaspoon paprika
- 12 teaspoon cumin
- 2 tablespoons oregano
- 3 garlic cloves
- minced
- 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
- 14 teaspoon liquid smoke (optional)
Instructions
- Mix all of the ingredients for the chicken skewers in a large freezer bag and marinate over night or at least 3 hours.
- Thread Chicken pieces onto 6 wooden skewers that have been soaked.
- Grill 10 to 15 minutes on medium heat or until no longer pink.
