Ingredients
- 1 quart cold water
- 2 cups sugar
- Grated zest of 3 lemons
- Juice of 3 lemons
- 1 tablespoon almond extract
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups brewed tea
- cooled
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine 1 quart cold water with the sugar and lemon zest.
- Bring to a boil, and let boil for 5 minutes.
- Then remove from the heat and let cool completely.
- Add the lemon juice, the extracts, and the tea to the cooled liquid.
- Stir to mix well.
- Refrigerate.
- Serve cold, over plenty of ice.
