Jazzy Glaze

Ingredients

• 1 (15 1/4-ounce) can apricots
• drained and finely chopped
• 1/2 cup honey
• 1/4 cup seeded and finely chopped jalapenos
• Jazz apricot can be substituted for the apricots
• honey
• and jalapenos

Instructions

1. Mix the apricots, honey, and jalapenos together.
2. For the last 5 minutes of roasting turkey or ribs, pour a generous amount of the apricot glaze, or Jazz Apricot, over the entire turkey.
