Ingredients
- 100 grams Pasta
- 100 grams Thinly sliced pork
- 1/2 The white part of a Japanese leek
- 1 tbsp Garlic soy sauce -
- 1/2 tsp Yuzu pepper paste
Instructions
- Slice the white part of the leek on the diagonal.
- Cut up the park into easy to eat pieces, and stir fry for 1 to 2 minutes.
- When the meat turns white add the leek and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until cooked.
- Boil the pasta 1 minute less than indicated on the package.
- Drain and add to the frying pan.
- Add the garlic soy saue and mix with the pasta.
- (Taste, and add a little bit of the pasta cooking water.)
- Add the yuzu pepper paste at the end, mix well and it's done.
