Ingredients
- 1 packages Shirataki Noodles
- 1 Tarako (salt cured cod or pollack roe)
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 Soy sauce
Instructions
- Boil the shirataki noodles for 2~3 minutes to remove any astringent taste.
- Transfer into a sieve and drain the noodles well.
- Place the noodles into a pan, stir until the noodles are thoroughly dried.
- Add sesame oil and continue to cook.
- Add tarako and soy sauce to the pan.
- Cook a little longer, and you are done.
