Ingredients

  • 1 packages Shirataki Noodles
  • 1 Tarako (salt cured cod or pollack roe)
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 Soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Boil the shirataki noodles for 2~3 minutes to remove any astringent taste.
  2. Transfer into a sieve and drain the noodles well.
  3. Place the noodles into a pan, stir until the noodles are thoroughly dried.
  4. Add sesame oil and continue to cook.
  5. Add tarako and soy sauce to the pan.
  6. Cook a little longer, and you are done.
