Japanese-Flavored Lean Tuna Cubed Steak

Ingredients

  • 200 grams Sashimi grade lean tuna (maguro)
  • 1 Flour
  • 4 tbsp Dashi stock
  • 2 tbsp Mirin
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut the tuna into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Coat evenly with flour.
  3. Heat some oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the tuna cubes on all sides until crispy.
  4. Take them out of the pan.
  5. Wipe out the oil in the frying pan and add the seasoning ingredients.
  6. Bring to a boil, re-add the tuna cubes, coat them well with the sauce and turn off the heat.
  7. Transfer to serving plates with grated daikon radish and grated ginger on the side.
  8. Sprinkle on some chopped green onion and it's done.
