Ingredients
- 1 12 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 4 bananas
- ripe
- 1 egg
- lightly beaten
- 34 cup sugar
- 13 cup butter
- melted
- 12 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, mash bananas; add egg, sugar, melted butter and chocolate chips.
- Stir until moistened.
- In another bowl, sift together dry ingredients; add to banana mixture.
- Stir with a fork until moistened.
- Spoon into greased muffin pan.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
