- 3/4 pound ham good quality apple honey or maple
- very thinly sliced
- 1 large tomatoes thinly sliced
- 4 x iceberg lettuce large
- vibrant leaves
- 1 large avocados thinly sliced
- spritzed with lemon juice to retard browning
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 clove garlic minced or pressed
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
