Ingredients
- 2 large Potatoes
- 1 Spring onion sliced
- 4 tbsp Light sour Cream
- 20 grams Grated cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200C.
- Fork each potato six times on all sides.
- Place on a square of foil and pour on olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Wrap each potato in the foil and cook for 1 hour or until soft and completely cooked.
- Unwrap from foil and top with sour cream, cheese and spring onions.
