Ingredients
- 1 rice bowls worth Plain cooked rice", "1 Ketchup", "1 slice Sliced cheese", "1 dash Nori seaweed", "1 dash of each Butter, salt", "2 cm Cucumber
Instructions
- Add a little oil (not listed) to a pan and heat, then stir-fry the rice.
- Fry a little, then add the butter, ketchup, and salt.
- Transfer to a plate and set aside to cool.
- Once it's cooled, use plastic wrap to shape thin, long logs.
- Make two logs the same length, and two short ones.
- Arrange them on the wrap as shown.
- Squeeze them together to make a pumpkin shape.
- Place in a prepared bento box, cut two 2cm strips of cucumber and gently place them at the top to make the stem.
- Affix the eyes, nose, mouth shapes on pieces of sliced cheese.
- Place them on the rice and it's done!
