Ingredients
- 6 cup chopped romaine
- 1 ripe tomato
- chopped (I remove the seeds)
- 1/2 Cucumber chopped(I remove any seeds)
- 3 oz prosciutto(torn or cut in small pieces)
- 3 oz capicola(torn or cut in small pieces)
- 3/4 cup small pitted black olives
- 1/2 cup chopped roasted red peppers
- 1/4 cup finely chopped pepperoncini
- 4 oz crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
- 8 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette( I use Kens)
Instructions
- Rinse chopped lettuce and dry well.
- Place in large bowl.
- Add all remaining ingredients and toss well!
- I like my salad to sit for at least 20 min so all the flavors blend.
