Italian Easter Cookies: frosted Dove
Ingredients
- 500 g flour
- 300 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 lemon
- 5 g yeast
Instructions
- Peel scratched lemon, put all together and when you have an uniform dough put in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Than you can lay down your dough, doing cookies with an apposit cutter, and cooked for 20 minutes at 180.
- For the frosting, we use powdered sugar and water, and than we put almond scale or granule sugar.
