Ingredients
- 4 slice bacon
- chopped
- 1 packages (1 lb) hot Italian sausage
- ground
- 1 large onion
- diced
- 4 clove garlic
- minced
- 4 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 cup sliced potatoes
- 2 cup kale
- chopped
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1 garlic bread (optional)
Instructions
- In large pot cook bacon over med heat, add sausage and brown, then drain grease.
- Move sausage to edges and saute onion and garlic in center until fragrant.
- Stir in broth and potatoes, add salt and pepper and cook med-low heat until potatoes cooked (about 20 min).
- Add kale and cream, simmer 5 min.
- Top w parmesan and serve w garlic bread.
