- pitted and quartered
- 1 cup grated fontina or 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 2 -3 cloves garlic
- crushed
- 2 -3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 12 cups all-purpose flour
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons cold water
