Island Vegetable Salad with Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- peeled
- seeded and chopped
- 1 each green and red pepper
- chopped
- 4 green onions
- sliced
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) KRAFT Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese
- cubed
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 4 romaine lettuce leaves
Instructions
- Combine cucumbers, peppers, onions and parsley in large bowl.
- Add cheese and dressing; toss to coat.
- Serve on lettuce leaves.
