  • 218 g salmon
  • 14 cup oatmeal
  • 14 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon jerk seasoning
  • 1 small onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 12 red pepper

Instructions

  1. using a food processor, chop up the oatmeal and flour.
  2. dice the onion, garlic and red pepper.
  3. mix all the ingredients up.
  4. heat up a frying pan with enough oil on the bottom so the patties don't stick.
  5. cook on medium.
  6. drop clumps slightly larger than a quarter of the mixture to the hot pan.
  7. let the patties create a crust before flipping.
