Iowa Fried Frog's Legs
Ingredients
- 2 lbs frogs legs", "12 cup cooking oil", "1 egg, well beaten", "12 teaspoon salt", "12 cup cornmeal", "18 teaspoon pepper", "12 teaspoon cayenne powder
Instructions
- Mix the cornmeal, egg, salt, cayenne and pepper together with enough water to form a batter.
- Place the oil in an iron skillet and dip the frog legs into the batter and cook for about 5-8 minutes until they are brown on all sides.
