Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup sliced yellow onion
- 2 zucchini
- thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat a medium skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the butter and let it melt.
- Add the onion and saute until translucent, 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add the zucchini and water.
- Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook until crisp tender, about 4 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese.
