  • 2 zucchini
  • thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat a medium skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the butter and let it melt.
  3. Add the onion and saute until translucent, 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Add the zucchini and water.
  5. Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook until crisp tender, about 4 minutes.
