Ingredients
- 3 -4 crisp apples
- peeled and cut into 1/2-inch dice (macintosh
- granny smith
- etc.)
- lemon juice
Instructions
- Cook the apple pieces gently for a few minutes, stirring often, until slightly cooked but still al dente.
- They will disintegrate slightly but there should still be some semi-solid pieces.
- Add lemon juice to taste.
- Remove from heat and serve warm.
- Ingrid prepared this with no other ingredients, but you could add a little cardamom, pumpkin pie spice, etc.
