Ingredients
- 34 cup amaretti cookie
- crumbled
- 2 tablespoons short-grain rice
- washed and drained
- 2 tablespoons caster sugar
- 2 cups whole milk
- 12 cup white chocolate
- grated
Instructions
- Combine cookie crumbs and rice.
- Divide between 4 ramekins.
- Beat together sugar, milk and chocolate.
- Pour into ramekins.
- Place on baking sheet in oven and bake for 1 hour at 180 C till thick and creamy.
- Stir after 20 minutes and then again after 40 minutes.
- Serve cold with cream.
