Ingredients
- 2 whole Cherry Tomatoes
- Diced
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Red Onion
- Salt
- Pepper And Cilantro To Taste
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Honey Mustard
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Light Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 7-in. Pre-made Pizza Crust
- 1/2 cups Diced Seasoned & Cooked Chicken Breast
- 2 slices Center-cut Bacon
- Fried And Crumbled
- 1 Tablespoon Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Shredded Low-fat Mexican Cheese Blend
Instructions
- Combine the tomatoes, onions and salt, pepper and cilantro.
- Set aside.
- To make the sauce, stir together the honey mustard, mayo and sugar.
- Spread the sauce evenly over the pizza crust, reserving about 1 teaspoon.
- Top with the chicken, bacon, tomato mixture and cheeses in whatever order you desire.
- Drizzle with the remaining honey mustard sauce.
- Bake at 425 for about 10 minutes, or until cheeses are melted and the crust is as crispy as you want it.
- According to my calculations (and I dont include veggies) this whole pizza is about 560 calories, or 140 per slice (4 slices).
