- cleaned trimmed
- and sliced into 1-inch lengths
- 13 lb mushroom
- sliced
- 14 cup green onion
- chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons thyme
- crushed
- 6 ounces swiss cheese
- grated
- 3 ounces cheddar cheese
- grated
