Hummus my way
Ingredients
- 1 jar chickpeas
- 1 pot natural yoghurt (125 g)
- 1 lemon
- 1 heaped tsp tahini
- 1 large clove garlic (or 2 small ones)
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 dash olive oil
Instructions
- Put the chickpeas and garlic in the food processor.
- Take the middle strand out of the garlic
- Add the tahini
- The juice of one lemon
- The yoghurt
- And the garam masala
- Put maximum speed.
- Add olive oil and
- Blend at maximum speed again.
- Enjoy
