Ingredients
- 1 lb. block of butter at room temperature
- 3 cloves garlic
- minced
- 3 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. white wine
- Salt and pepper
- to taste
Instructions
- Put the butter in a medium bowl and smooth out with a spoon.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend with the spoon.
- Place the butter on a sheet of wax paper or parchment paper and roll into a log about 2-inches round.
- Fold over the ends and place in refrigerator for about 2 hours to let it harden.
- To serve, remove from refrigerator, slice off a piece and put on cooked food to let it melt a little.
