Hot Summers Eve Cooler

Ingredients

• 2 ounces pear brandy
• 2 ounces orange juice
• 1 cup vanilla ice cream
• 1 scoop ice

Instructions

1. Blend all ingredients until frozen.
2. Pour into any type of cocktail glass.
3. You may need to add more Orange Juice if it becomes to thick.
4. Garnish with an orange slice & a cherry.

6. You can substitute the vanilla ice cream for heavy cream or milk.
