Ingredients
- 200 grams small chili
- 100 grams dried chili
- 100 grams garlic
- 2 clove star anise
- 4 clove cloves
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 2 tbsp black peppercorns
- 3 stick lemon grass
- 1 tbsp curry leaf
- 1 cup cooking oil
- 10 each fresh lime
- 3 tbsp fish sauce
- 1/2 cup chinese rice wine
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp sugar
Instructions
- blend all ingredients with food processor
- preheated frying pan, add in cooking oil, bring to simmer
- add in blended chili mixture, cook for 15-20 minutes
