Ingredients
- 30 grams Sake lees
- 1 as much (to taste) Soy milk or milk
- 1 tsp Your choice of artificial sweetener
- 1 Sugar or honey (optional)
Instructions
- Tear off some of the sake lees, place it in a cup with enough water to cover it, then microwave for 40 seconds.
- Once the sake lees becomes soft, mash it with a fork until smooth, then pour in the soy milk and microwave for 1.5 minutes.
- Add your choice of artificial sweetener, sugar, or honey, and enjoy.
