Hot Pepper Jelly Glazed Salmon & Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon filet
  • 3 tbsp hot pepper jelly
  • 1 coconut oil
  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1 salt & pepper
  • 1 dash butter
  • tbsp soy sauce
  • tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F
  2. Marinate salmon filets with a mix of hot pepper jelly, sesame oil, soy sauce, and pepper.
  3. Leave it in room temperature for 15 minutes.
  4. Butter a baking pan lined with foil and place salmon filets nicely spaced out.
  5. Bake filets for 15 minutes, adding leftover marinate every 6 minutes.
  6. Cook until desired.
  7. Add salt to water and bring to a boil.
  8. Add cauliflower and keep boiling until tender.
  9. Serve salmon and cauliflower together for a healthy, and protein-filled meal!
