Hot Olive Hot Dog Relish

Ingredients

• 7 ounces pimento stuffed olives
• 3 -4 yellow hot peppers
• 12 red onion
• 1 garlic
• 2 -3 tablespoons olives or 2 -3 tablespoons canola oil

Instructions

1. Mince the first 4 ingredients and add to a bowl.
2. Add the oil and stir to mix well.
3. Sometimes I add italian seasoning and put the mixture on pieces of flat bread.
