Ingredients
- 2 cups Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese (I Recommend Sargento)
- 5- 1/2 Tablespoons Softened Butter
- 1 cup Flour
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Freeze Dried Chives
- 3/4 teaspoons Seasoned Salt (McCormicks Blue Lid Works Best)
- 1/2 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- 18 teaspoons White Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Mix cheese and butter, then stir in flour and spices until blended.
- Shape into one inch balls and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake for fifteen to twenty minutes (until golden brown) and serve immediately.
- Dough can be refrigerated up to two days.
