Hot Mocha (With Kahlua or Amaretto)

Ingredients

• 4 ounces chocolate
• 2 tablespoons Kahlua or 2 tablespoons Amaretto
• 8 ounces coffee
• hot and strong
• 6 tablespoons whipped cream
• chocolate beans (chips)

Instructions

1. Gently melt the chocolate in a pan being careful not to burn it.
2. Gradually add the coffee and liqueur.
3. Pour into 2 warmed balloon glasses (or martini glass).
4. Spoon cream onto the top and decorate with chocolate beans/chips.
