Ingredients
- 1/2 pkg. chocolate cake mix (2 c.)
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. minced walnuts
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 2 tbsp. cocoa
- 1 1/2 c. warm coffee
Instructions
- Mix water, egg and walnuts and cake mix.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare an 8 x 8 inch or possibly round 9 inch pan.
- Place the mix in pan and sprinkle with brown sugar, white sugar, and cocoa.
- Pour over this the 1 1/2 c. of warm coffee.
- Bake for about 35 min.
- Serve, adding whipped cream or possibly ice cream, if you like.
