Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork belly
  • 12 medium onion
  • 1 bunch green onion
  • 3 tablespoons pepper
  • paste (gochujang)
  • 1 tablespoon korean red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 18 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl combine all of the ingredients, except for the pork.
  2. Choose a dish to marinate in, and glove up.
  3. Coat each piece of pork in marinade and place in dish, one at a time.
  4. Refrigerate for 1-8 hours, covered.
  5. Grill or pan fry the meat in small batches until they are caramelized, being careful not to burn the pork.
