Hot Artichoke Cheese Squares Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp. oil
• 1/3 c. minced onion
• 1 clove garlic
• mashed
• 4 Large eggs
• 1 (14 ounce.) can artichoke hearts
• liquid removed
• 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
• 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
• 1/2 pound sharp Cheddar cheese
• grated
• 1/4 teaspoon oregano
• Dash salt and pepper
• 1/8 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

Instructions

1. Grease a baking dish (7x11).
2. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
3. In skillet, heat oil and saute/fry onion and garlic till limp but not brown.
4. Beat Large eggs to a froth; chop artichokes in very small pcs and add in to skillet.
5. Stir onion, crumbs, cheese, parsley and seasonings.
6. Turn mix into baking dish and bake for 25-30 min till set when lightly touched.
