Horseradish Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. beef stock
- 2 Large eggs
- 3/4 c. bottled horseradish
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 c. half and half
- Paprika
Instructions
- Dice 2 pounds cooked potatoes and place in baking dish.
