Honey Pecan Dressing

Ingredients

• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 1 tablespoon chopped sweet onion
• 12 teaspoon dry mustard
• 14 teaspoon salt
• 12 cup honey
• 14 cup red wine vinegar
• 1 cup vegetable oil
• 1 cup chopped pecans
• toasted

Instructions

1. Pulse first 6 ingredients in a blender 2 to 3 times until blended.
2. With blender on, pour the oil through the food shoot in a slow steady stream.
3. Process until smooth.
4. Pour in pecans.
