Ingredients
- 2 teaspoon cornstarch
- 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 1 pound boneless skinless frzn chicken breasts
- 1/2 of fresh orange (thinly sliced)
Instructions
- Preparation: In small bowl combine cornstarch, mustard and teriyaki sauce.
- Add in honey and orange juice.
- Microwave: Arrange chicken in microwave platter.
- Cover with waxed paper.
- Cook at medium power for 14-16 min.
- Remove from oven and drain.
- Pour orange sauce over chicken.
- Continue cooking on high for 2-3 min (till sauce thickens).
- Top with orange slices.
- Conventional Oven: Arrange chicken on a shallow roasting pan.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 60-70 min.
