Ingredients
- 1/3 lb. ham steak
- cut into thin strips
- 1 medium red onion
- cut in wedges
- 1/2 cup Kraft Honey Dijon Dressing
- divided
- 1/2 head broccoli
- cut in florets
- 1 can (14 oz / 398 mL) pineapple chunks
- 3/4 cup water
- 1-1/2 cups instant white rice
Instructions
- STIR fry ham and onion in 2 tbsp.
- (30 mL) of the dressing until lightly browned.
- STIR in remaining dressing and ingredients.
- Bring to a boil; cover and simmer 5 min.
- Let stand 5 min.
