Honey Dijon Mustard Curry Chicken Nibbles

Ingredients

  • 1 (1 1/2 kg) package frozen chicken nibbles
  • thawed
  • 12 cup liquid honey
  • 14 cup Dijon mustard
  • 14 cup grainy mustard
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 190C degrees.
  2. Arrange chicken nibbles on a lighlty greased baking sheet in a single layer.
  3. Bake uncovered in oven for approx 30 minutes.
  4. Drain off any juices and turn them over.
  5. Mix honey, mustards and curry powder in a small bowl.
  6. Pour over chicken.
  7. Bake a further 20-30 minutes or until they are tender, basting once.
  8. Transfer to a platter and serve with sauce spooned over.
