Ingredients
- 100 grams Pancake mix
- 60 grams Honey
- 1 Egg
- 1 net weight 100 grams Carrot
- 1 Cinnamon powder
- apples
Instructions
- Grate the carrot including the peel.
- Lightly drain the water (until its weight becomes 1/2 of the original weight).
- Add the egg, honey and pancake mix into a bowl, and mix well.
- Add the carrot.
- Also add cinnamon powder, and diced apples to your liking, and mix.
- Pour the mixture into your preferred molds, and bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes at 180C.
- And done!
- They are freshly baked, hot, and fluffy!
