Ingredients
- 2 (15 ounce) cans hominy
- 7 ounces green chilies
- diced
- 10 12 ounces cream of mushroom soup
- low fat
- 1 cup sour cream
- fat free
- 18 teaspoon cumin
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon cilantro
- dried
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- low fat
- shredded
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Pour hominy into a colander, rinsewell with water and allow to drain.
- In a large bowl, combine hominy, chiles, soup sour cream, seasonings and 1/2 cup cheese.
- Mix well and pour into a nonstick baking dish.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese on top.
- Bake 45 minutes.
