Ingredients
- 1 (7 ounce.) pkg. elbow macaroni
- 1/4 pound processed cheese
- grated
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 tbsp. green pepper
- minced
- 1 (6 1/2 ounce.) can tuna
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can cream of mushroom or possibly celery soup
- 1 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to directions; drain.
- Combine soup, lowfat milk, green pepper, onion, black pepper, and cheese; cook over low heat stirring occasionally till cheese melts.
- Put half of cooked macaroni in a 1 1/2-qt casserole.
- Pour half of cheese sauce over macaroni and half of tuna.
- Add in remaining macaroni, sauce, and tuna; bake at 325 degrees for 30 min.
- Serves 5.
