Homemade Yellow and Brown Mustard

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 cups Beer
  • 13 cups Water
  • 3 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 cups Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 cups White Wine
  • 13 cups White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients of chosen mustard in a stainless steel bowl.
  2. Cover and let stand for 23 days.
  3. Pour the mixture in a blender and blend until smooth and a little grainy.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon water if the mustard is too thick.
  5. Add water a tablespoon at a time until you reach your desired thickness.
  6. Note: The mustard will keep for up to 6 months refrigerated in an airtight container.
