Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Turkey
- 2 whole Large Eggs
- 3/4 cups Italian Bread Crumbs
- 23 cups Parmesan Cheese Or Romano
- 2 teaspoons Freshly Chopped Parsley (or More)
- 1/4 cups Olive Oil (or 2-3 Glugs)
- Seasoning Salt To Taste
- Pepper To Taste
- Hot Sauce
- to taste
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl until well combined.
- Form golf-ball-sized (or a little larger) balls.
- Heat 1 inch of extra virgin olive oil in a tall skillet/sauce pan and cook meatballs until golden brown.
- Makes about 14-16 meatballs.
