Ingredients
- 1 large Onion
- 1 clove Garlic
- 100 ml Vegetable oil
- 150 ml Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 Black pepper
Instructions
- Slice the onion and blend together with the other ingredients in a blender.
- If you don't have a blender, use a grater to grate the onion and garlic.
- Let it sit overnight before use.
- Put it in a tupperware container or PET bottle, and it'll keep in the refrigerator for about 3 months.
- I store the dressing in a special ceramic salad dressing container, which is easy to wash and seals well.
