Homemade Kitsune Udon Kinchaku (Oden Ingredient)
Ingredients
- 1 packet Aburaage
- 1 bag Cooked udon noodles
Instructions
- Put udon noodles in a colander and pour water over them to loosen.
- Secure the ends of the aburaage pockets with toothpicks.
- Secure the ends of the aburaage pocket with a toothpick
- Add to the hot pot and simmer until the kinchaku absorbs the soup.
