Ingredients
- 13 cup sugar
- 14 cup baking cocoa
- 13 cup cornstarch
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a heavy saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa, cornstarch and salt.
- gradually add milk.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat; boil and stir for 2 minutes.
- Remove from the heat; stir in butter and vanilla.
- Spoon into individual serving dishes or ramekins.
- Serve warm or chill until ready to serve.
