Ingredients
- 4 cups packaged corn flake crumbs
- 4 teaspoons instant chicken bouillon
- 4 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Italian herb seasoning
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Place in an airtight container.
- Mix well before using.
- Plan on using 1/2 to 1 tablespoon of the breading mix for each chicken or fish pc.
- Makes 4 cups.
