Home Made Rocket Pesto

Ingredients

• 125 grams Handful of rocket
• 1 bunch Nuts (I used cashews
• almonds)
• 70 grams Hard tough and spicy yellow cheese (parmesan or grana padano)
• 6 tbsp Olive oil
• 1 Sea salt
• 1 Fresh grounded black pepper

Instructions

1. Put all ingredients to tall jug and blend until texture mass.
2. Serve with pasta, sandwiches, also as a dip.
