Ingredients
- 1 pound cooked sausage
- 6 to 8 slices bread
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 dozen Large eggs
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Line 9 x 13 inch greased pan with bread with crust removed.
- Sprinkle meat over bread.
- Next, sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Beat 12 Large eggs; add in lowfat milk and salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour over cheese.
- Cover; chill 12 hrs or possibly overnight.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till done.
- Serves 12 people.
